Charles Lin

Charles Lin, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as Director of Process Technology Development at Intel Corporation since August 2018. Previously, Charles held the position of R&D Director at Dow Chemical Company, overseeing CMP product research and development for sub-28nm logic, DRAM, and flash processes. Charles also had significant roles in business development and technology management at Hermes-Epitek Corp., BASF, TEL FSI, Suntek Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., and Winbond. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Device, Materials, and Process Technology, an MBA in Management of Technology, and a Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, all from National Chiao Tung University.
