Chiara Bertolotti

Chiara Bertolotti is the Site Leader at Dow Mozzanica, where they leverage their extensive experience in production and process improvement. They previously held roles as a Regional Improvement Engineer, supporting EMEA plants in Process Safety initiatives and quality improvements. Chiara began their career as an R&D Laboratory Engineer at Bozzetto S.p.A. and Cosma S.p.A., where they contributed to product development and process optimization. They hold a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Università degli studi di Parma, graduating with top honors.
