Christopher Jones has over 17 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, primarily with Dow, where roles have included Maintenance Group Leader, Engineering Project Leader, and Operations Leader in Organo Silanes & Silicones. Responsibilities have encompassed supervising plant production operators, implementing performance reviews, managing training, and negotiating with union representatives. Christopher has led significant capital projects, including those aimed at improving environmental impact and enhancing manufacturing efficiency, while also performing process hazard analyses and environmental reporting. Prior experience includes work as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Marathon Petroleum Company. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
