Chuck Lyons

Chuck Lyons has extensive experience in the chemical industry, primarily at Dow Chemical Co. since August 1999, where Chuck has held multiple leadership roles, including Plastics Business TA Leader and Execution Specialist, managing maintenance turnarounds for the PO&E business. Lyons has overseen maintenance for three plants and ten trains, executing two to four turnarounds annually with budgets ranging from $5MM to $30MM. Previous positions include Turnaround Manager, Work Coordinator, and Plant Operator. Before joining Dow, Lyons worked as a Work Coordinator at National Maintenance and as a pipe-fitter/welder from January 1984 to 1998. Lyons holds a Certificate of Completion in Pipefitting/Welding from Local Union 198 and graduated from Plaquemine High School.
