Conner Sexton has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 2012 and 2016. Early experience includes an internship at Ascend Performance Materials in May 2015. Subsequently, Conner worked as a Process Engineering Intern and later as a Process Engineer at Richard Industrial Group from January 2017 to November 2018. After serving as a Campaign Team Leader and Production Engineer at Monument Chemical from November 2018 to January 2020, Conner transitioned to Dow, where roles included Senior Production Engineer from February 2022 to July 2023 and currently Health and Safety Specialist since July 2023.
