Dan Howard is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in patent law and corporate counsel. Having served as Senior Counsel at The Dow Chemical Company and its predecessor Dow Chemical from 1999 to 2007, Dan contributed significantly to legal strategies and compliance. Prior to that role, Dan was the Chief Patent Counsel at DuPont Dow Elastomers LLC from 1996 to 1999. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Montana School of Law, completed in 1979, and a Bachelor of Science in Basic Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned in 1971.
