Daniel Powell

Daniel Powell is an experienced professional in project management and consulting within the IT and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the MES Support and Development Operations Lead at Dow since August 2015, Daniel leads global project teams focused on implementing MES-related initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. Consulting Project Manager at Logica, where Daniel managed IT projects for a major oil and gas company, and Sr. Project Manager at Meridium, overseeing large software projects in the heavy industries. Additional experience includes project management and consulting positions at PAS, SAIC, Baytek Software Development Corp., and Aspen Technology, with a strong background in LIMS solutions and integrated production control systems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University, completed in 1991.
