Daniel Womack

Daniel Womack is the Global Lead for Carbon Policy at Dow, where they have been a Senior Issues & Policy Director for Climate and Carbon since 2022. They previously served as Director of Government Affairs for the Southwest Region at Dow from 2014 to 2022, and as Vice President of Government Affairs at the Texas Chemical Council from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held roles as Executive Assistant to Commissioner Garcia at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and worked as a Policy Analyst and Communications Director in the Texas Senate. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University between 1995 and 1998.
