Daniel Wynia has over 27 years of experience at Dow, currently serving as the Director of Operations Governance, Risk & Compliance, where responsibility includes overseeing the Operations Governance, Risk, and Compliance Strategy Team and utilizing data analytics to identify and manage various risks. Previous roles at Dow encompass several leadership positions in Operations Information Technology, Continuous Improvement and Reliability, and Michigan Operations Site Maintenance & Reliability, emphasizing digital solutions, cost savings, and workforce management. Daniel's early career included positions in environmental operations and Six Sigma methodologies. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines and a College Prep degree from Slayton High School.
