David Kelsey is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, improvement, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Quality Leader at Dow since May 2019, David develops and implements service quality strategies to enhance customer focus within the packaging and specialty plastics business. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor of Management at Saginaw Valley State University, Supply Chain Consultant at Gemba Guru LLC, and Materials and Logistics Manager at AKWEL, among others. With a strong foundation in supply chain analysis, process development, and LEAN methodologies, David holds an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University and a B.B.A. from Northwood University.
