David Rich

David Rich has extensive experience in construction, pipeline, commissioning, and plant operations support, currently working at OSBL, PUI, LHC 9 on the Oyster Creek Site of Dow Chemical since January 2016. Prior to this role, David served as a Technical Advisor at The Dow Chemical Company from March 1979 to December 2014, overseeing day-to-day operations and start-ups of Vinyl Chloride production plants. David began a career in the industry with Gulf States INC as an electrician apprentice and earlier worked as a veterinary assistant at Angleton Veterinary Clinic. David completed high school education at Angleton High School, earning a diploma in General Studies.
