Dawn Scragg has dedicated much of their career to process safety, serving in various roles at Dow from 2003 to 2024, culminating in their position as the global business Process Safety Leader. They began their journey as a process engineer and advanced through several leadership positions, including Environment, Health and Safety Manager from 2020 to 2023. Dawn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University, a program they started in 1992.
