Deepti Hegde

Deepti Hegde is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for India and Sub-Saharan Africa at Dow since June 2016, where responsibilities include supporting the Commercial Business and driving the Talent Agenda in collaboration with leadership. Prior to Dow, Deepti worked at Larsen & Toubro from 2008 to June 2016, contributing to leadership planning, talent acquisition, and business HR partnership, which encompassed HR operations and performance management. Earlier experience includes a consultative role at CHR Global from January 2007 to 2008, focusing on leadership mandates across various sectors. Deepti holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, completed between 2005 and 2007.
