Don Cameron

Don Cameron is the Alberta Operations Site Director and Vice-President at Dow Canada, a position held since 2022, where they oversee integrated manufacturing sites in Fort Saskatchewan and Prentiss, Alberta, managing over 600 employees and 750 contractors. Previously, Don served in various leadership roles at Dow from 2004 to 2006, including Epoxy EH&S Delivery Leader, Polyols Global Improvement Leader, and Epoxy II Production Leader, where they were responsible for significant operational and safety improvements across multiple facilities. Don earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA with a 4.0 GPA from Northwood University.
