Doug Orta

Doug Orta, M.B.A., is a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Dow Chemical, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Haldor Topsoe A/S from 2018 to 2022 and held dual roles as a Draftman and Expeditor/Mechanical Engineer in Training at Universal Plant Services from 2016 to 2018. They began their engineering journey as a Senior Design Student at Alamo Door Systems from 2015 to 2016. Doug is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, expected to be completed in 2024.
