Earl Shipp

Earl Shipp serves as the Vice President of US Gulf Coast Operations at The Dow Chemical Company, a position they have held since 2011. In this role, they oversee a major growth region consisting of nine manufacturing sites across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas, contributing to 30% of Dow's manufacturing capabilities. Prior to this, Shipp held various leadership roles within Dow, including Regional President for India, the Middle East, and Africa, and President of Dow Africa, among others. Shipp earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University and an Executive MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
