Elrie Bennett

Elrie Bennett is the Energy Process Operations Technology Director at Dow, a position held since 2025, and has previously served as the Steam Technology Manager and Piping Engineering Manager within the organization. Prior to joining Dow, Elrie worked as a Product Engineer at Tyco International, where they were responsible for ensuring product compliance and troubleshooting safety valves. Elrie's career in engineering began at Calpine as an Operations Analyst and included several roles as a Piping Engineer at Dow Chemical. They earned their degree from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College between 1999 and 2003.
