Eric Rychwa

Eric Rychwa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation management and analysis. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner and Global Compensation Manager at Dow since September 2018, Eric has previously held roles including North America Compensation Manager and Sr. Compensation Analyst at MyMichigan Health, where contributions focused on both broad-based and executive compensation. Eric’s career began at Deloitte, where responsibilities included various audit positions from August 2011 to July 2015. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Citadel and a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
