Erich Molitor is a Senior Research Scientist currently serving as an R&D Fellow in Engineering & Process Science at Dow. With a comprehensive background in process chemistry development and scale-up, they have led projects from initial scoping to successful execution. Erich gained significant experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota and held various roles at Dow Chemical, including Senior Research Chemist and Principal Research Scientist. They earned a BA in Chemistry from Saint John's University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
