They began their career as a Quality Engineer at Dow Corning and later held positions including Quality Manager and Improvement Engineer at Dow, where they currently serve as a Senior Production Engineer. Farid's expertise encompasses project management and the enhancement of manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality and process reliability. They hold a Master’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on chemistry from HELHa.
