Frank Burroughs

Frank Burroughs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management. Since January 2014, Frank has served as the Global Talent Management Director at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities include leading the design of talent management programs, overseeing performance and career management, employee and leadership development, and succession planning, while also managing corporate high-potential initiatives. Prior to this role, Frank was the Lead Talent Management Director at Dow AgroSciences from December 1982 to December 2013. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Agronomy from The Ohio State University.
