Harley Forer

Harley Forer is the P2Z Project Director at Dow, where they are responsible for the build, own, and operate scope associated with the Air Separation Unit, hydrogen production, and carbon capture facilities. Previously, they served as a Plant Engineer at Co-op Refinery Complex from 2007 to 2011, and held various roles at Dow since 2019, including Engineering and Construction Leader, Project Engineer, and Construction Specialist. Prior to their experience at Dow, Harley worked as Operations Manager at NorAmera BioEnergy Corp. and Maple Leaf Foods Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003.
