Ian Keith is a seasoned operations leader at Dow Chemical, currently serving as Sr. Operations Leader and CSU Leader since June 2013. In this role, Ian oversees the safe commissioning and operation of a new $160 million facility within the Polyurethanes business, managing teams of operators and CSU members while establishing operating disciplines that exceed industry benchmarks. Previous positions include leading the commissioning and startup of a $45 million Aniline debottleneck project and serving as the Owner's Representative for a $131 million Aniline plant rehabilitation. Ian's background includes earlier roles as a production engineer and a co-op student across various Dow facilities, complemented by leadership experience as a peer leader at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Ian obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
