Ibrahim Kamara

Ibrahim Kamara has a diverse background in engineering and mathematics, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Currently pursuing a PhD in Materials and Engineering at the University of Houston, Ibrahim Kamara has gained extensive professional experience across various roles, including Senior Process Development Engineer at Dow and Maintenance/Reliability Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company. Previous positions include EHS Project Leader Co-op at GE Transportation, Mechanical Engineering Intern at BNSF Railway, and Product Stability Analyst Co-op at Mary Kay Cosmetics. Ibrahim Kamara has also contributed to leadership as the President of the SMU NSBE Chapter and served as a tutor at Brookhaven College.
