From 1993 to June 2020, Isabelle worked at Rohm and Haas, holding the role of ER Technical Manager. Subsequently, Isabelle joined Dow in January 2012 and served in various leadership positions, including EMEA TS&D Leader for Packaging & Specialty Plastics, R&D/TS&D Fellow, ER Technical Manager, and Global Application Technology Leader for Packaging & Specialty Plastics. Isabelle holds an Engineer's Degree in Organic Chemistry from Ecole Centrale de Marseille, which was completed between 1988 and 1990.
