Issam Lazraq

Issam Lazraq is the Senior Vice President of EQUATE Petrochemical Company, a position held since 2025. They completed a PhD in Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund University, where they focused on developing polymers and synthetic receptors for medicinal applications. They have previously worked at Dow in various roles, including EMEAI Head of Marketing and Global Strategic Marketing Director, and held an engineer researcher position at Technical University of Eindhoven. Issam's education also includes a Master's degree in Molecular Chemistry and multiple executive programs from prestigious institutions such as IMD and Columbia Business School.
