Jad Najjar

Jad Najjar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical and materials industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Dow UAE since November 2007. In this role, Jad aligns corporate-led initiatives and develops commercial strategies across diverse geographies within Dow's Packaging & Specialty Plastics business. Previous positions held include Commercial Excellence Director for EMEA, Sales Director for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey in Adhesives & ICT, and various management roles focusing on sales and market value in packaging solutions. Jad's expertise spans consumer packaging, industrial packaging, and personal hygiene sectors. In addition to a strong professional background, Jad is pursuing an Executive MBA at INSEAD, building on a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
