James MacFarlane

James Macfarlane is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience at Dow, currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Allocation for Global DB Plans and CIO for Non-US DB Plans and Insurance Assets. Notable roles include Senior Financial Risk Director, where leadership of a team managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of foreign currency exposures was achieved, and Treasury Director for Asset Allocation, focusing on pension plan strategies. Macfarlane has also held pivotal positions such as Financial Risk Manager for FX and Commodities, and Credit Manager for the Plastics and Hydrocarbons portfolio.
