Jason LaFave

Jason LaFave is the Associate HR Director for Performance Materials & Coatings at The Dow Chemical Company, where they lead as a Global HR Partner supporting Research and Development. Jason has extensive experience in human resources, previously serving as a Receivable Specialist, Associate Workforce Planning Manager, Global HR Manager, and Senior HR Partner during their tenure at Dow. Prior to Dow, Jason spent over a decade as an Account Executive at Aerotek, managing human resource functions and consulting with clients on their workforce needs. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Saginaw Valley State University.
