Jeff Quast is an experienced research scientist and concept development specialist currently employed at Dow since June 2016. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions at Dow Corning from December 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included concept development and senior development engineering focused on compound semiconductors. Jeff also served as a technical and quality manager at Mersen from June 2008 to December 2010 and worked as a contractor at the Air Force Research Laboratory between 2006 and 2008.
