Jennifer Frame

Jennifer Frame has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as the Global HR Director of Talent at Dow Chemical from January 2012 to January 2023. In this role, Jennifer led the Global Center of Expertise for Talent, developing strategies and governance for key people processes, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Workforce Planning. Prior to this, Jennifer held various HR Director positions focused on organizational effectiveness and talent management, as well as a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Best World Associates. Jennifer holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
