JiaRui Chen has over a decade of experience in marketing and business development within the lubricant and fuel industry. Currently serving as the Asia Pacific Marketing Manager for Dow since April 2012, JiaRui is responsible for setting target prices, developing market participation plans, and managing innovation projects. Previous roles include Business Development Manager for Metalworking Fluids at 壳牌, where JiaRui accelerated business through collaboration with sales and global teams, and China Product Manager for Metalworking at The Lubrizol Corporation, focusing on strategy implementation. JiaRui holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and dual Bachelor’s degrees in English of Science and Technology and Mechanical Engineering and Automation from East China University of Science and Technology.
