Jihane Ball

Jihane Ball has more than 17 years of experience at Dow, serving in various leadership roles focused on sustainability and compliance. Currently, as Lead Sustainability Director, Jihane develops and executes Dow’s circularity roadmap to facilitate the transition to sustainable business models and provides strategic guidance for business circularity strategies. Previous positions include Director for EMEAI EH&S and Sustainability, overseeing product regulatory services and sustainability efforts in the region, and Director of Global Product Safety and Compliance, managing global product stewardship and compliance with chemical management programs. Jihane also has experience as a Senior EH&S Health Services Manager, Senior Public Policy Manager, and Environmental Toxicologist at Estee Lauder Group of Companies. Jihane holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Surrey, complemented by a Master's in Toxicology and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry and Microbiology.
