Jill Bowen

Jill Bowen is a strategic senior leader currently serving as the CIO Strategy Leader at Dow, where they provide critical oversight for business process design and implementation. Previously, they held various leadership roles within Dow, including Business Applications Director and Global Implementation Leader, where they successfully led transformational changes and global improvement projects. Jill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Northwood University between 1996 and 1997 and has a strong passion for developing individuals to reach their full potential. They also serve as a Board Director for MCWT, focusing on promoting diversity in technology.
