Jimena Canda

Jimena Canda is an experienced professional in Government Affairs and Public Policy, currently serving as the EU Government Affairs Leader for Dow, focusing on Circular Economy and sustainable policies. Previously, they were the Government Affairs Leader for Dow in Portugal and the Latin America Public Policy & Issues Manager, leading advocacy strategies and engagements with government authorities across the region. Earlier in their career, Jimena worked as Accounts Director at Paradoxia Consultores, where they coordinated political campaigns and legislative support. They hold a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
