Jing Ji is the Regional Application Leader for Home & Personal Care in the APAC region at DuPont, where they focus on biocides application and new product development. With extensive experience at DOW Chemicals, Jing has led technical teams, managed various biocides applications, and developed innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Prior to this, Jing worked as an Assistant Scientist at Unilever China, where they coordinated microbiology projects and provided technical training. Jing holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics from China Pharmaceutical University.
