Joan Hoffmeier Gorrell

Joan Hoffmeier Gorrell has extensive experience in the chemical and consumer solutions industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director for Dow Consumer Solutions since January 2017. Gorrell previously held several roles at Dow and its predecessor companies, including Global Strategic Marketing Director for Dow Packaging & Converting and Commercial Manager for Rohm and Haas, overseeing segments such as packaging, building materials, and personal care. Gorrell boasts a strong educational background, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton and completing the Wharton Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Gorrell has recently retired from Dow.
