JoEllen Burgess

JoEllen Burgess is an Operational Discipline and Training Specialist focused on Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, as well as Emergency Services and Security. They began their career at Dow Corning, serving as a Co-Op Loss Prevention Officer, before progressing to roles including Loss Prevention Field Officer and Dispatcher. From 2016 to 2021, JoEllen worked at The Dow Chemical Company as an Emergency Services and Security Dispatcher, and currently holds the position of Training and Operational Discipline Technologist Lead at Dow. They earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Criminal Justice from Delta College and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
