John Hebert

John Hebert is currently the Site Manufacturing Director at The Dow Chemical Company, where they lead efforts in organizational and people management. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, John has a history of improving team cultures and achieving results. They have previously held various positions at Dow from 2005 to 2016, including Reliability Technology Director and Production Leader, and began their career as a Rotating Equipment Engineer and Reliability Engineer at Motiva Enterprises LLC from 1999 to 2001.
