Previously, they held various roles, including Risk and Resilience Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Incident Management Specialist at American Family Insurance, where they focused on crisis management and operational risk. John has a background in human resources with the Wisconsin Army National Guard and has served as a Joint Operations Center Technician for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs, emphasizing efficiency and compliance in complex environments. They are dedicated to translating organizational goals into effective programs and have a proven track record of fostering cross-functional teamwork.
