Jon Iles

Jon Iles is a Production Director at Dow, bringing 27 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, including 16 years of High Hazard PSM expertise. They have spent 22 years in line management within PSM manufacturing facilities and have over 13 years of experience collaborating with Supply Chain and Business partners for product supply optimization. Previously, Jon led Human Resources for a large manufacturing facility for 2 ½ years. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they are currently enrolled.
