Jon Putnam is an experienced Production and EHS&S Director currently serving as the Director of Environment Health Safety - Operations & Reporting at Dow. With a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Statistics from the University of North Dakota, Jon has a comprehensive background in managing operations and environmental health and safety initiatives across multiple industrial settings. Previously, Jon held various leadership roles at Dow, including Operations Leader for the Diesel Particulate Filter project and West Virginia Operations Responsible Care Leader, where they successfully led teams to improve safety and operational effectiveness. Earlier in their career, Jon contributed as a Production & Improvement Engineer at Imation and an Engineering Coop at 3M.
