Jonathan Mason

Jonathan Mason is the Associate Research Director at The Dow Chemical Company, where they lead Industrial Coatings R&D and manage a diverse team across six R&D sites. With over twenty years of industrial research experience, Jonathan has demonstrated a proven track record in research and development, business strategy, and technology direction, along with ten years of people leadership experience. They previously held roles such as Sr. Research Leader and Development Leader, contributing to significant business unit strategies and technology implementations. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
