Jonathan Rouw

Jonathan Rouw has extensive experience in finance and payroll management, having worked at The Dow Chemical Company from 1991 to 2023, where they held various positions including Payroll Manager for the Benelux, UK, and Nordic regions, as well as Global Subject Matter Expert. In their roles, they led payroll departments, managed process improvements, and ensured compliance with numerous regulations while developing strong cross-functional relationships. Currently, they serve as EMEAI Cost Leader and Site Controller for Dow, continuing to leverage their expertise in finance and change management. Jonathan earned a Master's degree in Implementation and Change Management from Open Universiteit Nederland and a Bachelor's degree in Finance-Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
