Josh Ingeholm is currently the Wilmington R&D Site Leader at The Dow Chemical Company, overseeing a pilot plant focused on high-pressure ethylene copolymers and supporting innovation in LDPE and wire and cable technologies. Prior to this role, Josh served as a member of the Process Implementation team with Packaging and Specialty Plastics and began the career at Dow as a Pilot Plant R&D Engineer. Josh graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, utilizing both extensively throughout their professional journey.
