RuiJun Liu Joyce is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience at Dow since May 2016, currently serving as Global Marketing Director for Dow Consumer Solutions. In this role, RuiJun leads the transformation of the marketing function and collaborates with the Global Marketing Leadership team to define strategies and sponsor strategic projects across the company. Prior to this, RuiJun held various leadership positions within Dow Corning from April 2010 to April 2016, including Global Segment Leader for Industry and Energy and Marketing Manager for multiple segments in Greater China. RuiJun's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at SABIC Innovative Plastics, where roles ranged from Area Manager to Pricing Specialist. RuiJun holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Fudan University, completed GE Management Training, and is pursuing WSET Level III certification.
