Previously, Jules held various roles at Dow, including Fixed Asset Integrity Manager and Senior Reliability Manager, contributing significantly to asset management and reliability engineering. Prior to that, Jules served as a Sr. Material Technologist and Maintenance Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company, where they played a key role in maintenance and project leadership.
