Justin Senyk, EIT, is a talented Production Engineering Expertise Manager at Dow, where they guide significant improvements in engineering processes. They previously held various roles, including Process Engineer and Senior Improvement Engineer at Dow, as well as multiple positions at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they showcased their management and customer relations skills. Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and started their career with valuable co-op experiences within Dow's manufacturing and engineering sectors. They demonstrated versatility and leadership throughout their professional journey, beginning with their role as a Multimedia Manager at La Salle College High School.
