Kayla Sims

Kayla Sims, MBA, is a Senior Strategic Planning Manager at Dow, where they have contributed significantly since 2021, leading various asset installation projects and innovation product scale-ups. They have also managed digitalization efforts to enhance productivity within manufacturing roles. Prior to their current position, Kayla gained experience as a Chemical Engineering Manufacturing Intern and a Multidisciplinary Action Project Consultant. Kayla holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. As a Forté Fellow, they are committed to continual growth and collaboration in team environments.
