Kayli Masuda

Kayli Masuda is a Senior Production Engineer at Dow, where they own a 12,000-gallon batch reactor and monitor key performance indicators. With over three years of manufacturing and operations experience at Dow Hayward, Kayli has successfully improved plant operations and supported safety and quality initiatives. Previously, they served as President of the Renewable Energy Association at UCLA, directing multiple projects and events focused on sustainability. Kayli holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, where they also contributed to research initiatives and received accolades for their presentations.
